The Great Train Expo

Last weekend we took Nolan to the Great Train Expo. Nolan has become obsessed with trains ever since watching Thomas the Train. So we thought he would love this. Boy were we right! As soon as we walked into the building I don't think he stopped saying "train", "choo choo" or "Tassy"(thats how he says Thomas and every train to him is Thomas) until we left.

Fun Day

Today Nolans friend Weston came to play for the day. I must admit our day flew by. I can't think of one moment where either of the two sat still for more than 5 seconds: maybe to catch a quick glimpse of whatever cartoon was on TV. I was even amazed at all the stuff I got done around the house! I was thinking to myself maybe having twins would have been easier since they can entertain each other! :)

For being two years old the have quite the imagination!

The goof balls playing on the train table. The table sits perfectly in front of the window so they loved looking out...needless to say I may need to wash all the fingers and mouth prints off!




Nolan did not take a nap after Weston left. So I new he would go to bed early...this was at 6:00 after eating supper. Nolan has NEVER gone to bed that early. We can't wait for Weston to come back next week!
